When we arrived at the airport all our travel COVID test results were verified and all protocols seem to be in place, temperature checks etc. , swift and efficient transit through the airport. The taxi driver was very aware of the protocols, wearing a mask (covering mouth and nose) leaving all 4 windows open for ventilation during the journey, visible bottles of sanitizer available

The quality of service really is second to none and even the taxi services they use for their guests very much match their own professional, high standards. A big shout out to Earlan from Tropical United Touring Service Limited who not only ferried me around during my stay but also provided very knowledgeable and relevant details about the Island itself. (He went above and beyond the call of duty when I accidentally left my UK winter jacket in his taxi when being dropped at the airport. He went out of his way get it to friends staying elsewhere on the Island who were able to return it to me when they returned to Gatwick.)

The Landings has its own preferred taxi service that is unique and independent of the resort. It’s called Tropical United Touring Service, and they’re as good of a transportation option as you can find. The fares are reasonable, the drivers are punctual, clean, free of poor gestures and behavior. Every car/van is clean and well kept. And, the drivers are EXCELLENT guides. They make helpful and pleasant conversation, they bend over backwards to assist you, and valuable, accurate advice is given.
